I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 8 years. I attended Ke Kino Massage Academy and Institute of healing in Plano, Texas. I have worked in a variety of different settings throughout my career from physical therapists offices, alongside chiropractors and A 5 star luxury spa in the mountains of Montana. I have devoted my life to health and wellness. Not only do I do massage therapy but I am a level 2 reiki Practioner and incorporate reiki into sessions upon request as well. I look forward to sharing the benefits of Massage, yoga, meditation, and foam rolling with the community.
